At ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT GROUP, we started with a simple goal: to help businesses save money on their energy bills. Over time, we realized that our work had a much larger impact on the environment. Today, we are committed to providing sustainable energy management solutions that benefit both our clients and the planet.
With energy prices remaining at high levels, and expected to increase over the next 12 months, coupled with the pressure growing to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, it is increasingly important to take action to reduce energy consumption.
A solution with an accelerating rate of adoption is Energy Management as a Service (EMaaS).
EMaaS is founded on the installation of wireless, self-powered sensors, to monitor energy consumption, in real time, at asset level i.e., an individual machine, HVAC system, compressor etc. The Data collected is transmitted to the Cloud where software takes over and the consumption figures are reported in real time. There are a standard set of reports available on the internet, but in addition we have proprietary software to analyse the data, and provide insight into where Energy is being wasted.
There are over 6,000 sensors installed at over 200 locations.
EMaaS is a monthly subscription service, so no upfront CAPEX, with an extensive range of add-on services provided, as specified by the client, through our Engineering and Data Analysis teams.
Experience shows that simply by monitoring consumption at granular level, reductions of 5 to 7% can be achieved. Full engagement with our engineers & data analysts results in much greater gains, typically upwards of 20%.
The monthly cost of EMaaS is dependent upon the number of sensors involved, the level of engagement with our consultants and the contract period entered into, but is typically around 1-2% of energy expenditure.
A consultation with an Energy Management expert will explain more and present you with a proposal for your consideration.
